Four ways in

Choose the doorway that fits.

HCBS.AI adapts to who you are. Aspiring operator. Existing agency. Family searching for care. State office evaluating providers. Same product, four entry points.

The path

Four minutes from now, a different agency.

No demo to schedule. No salesperson to call. No credit card to enter. You answer the same questions the operator-in-the-mirror is asking you.

  1. Four minutes.

    Tell us about your agency.

Nine short questions. State, services, scale, current stack, top pain. No email until question nine. Watch Lora understand your agency in real time.

  2. One minute.

Lora puts together your agency snapshot, your income projection against the 20% network median, and your gap analysis with specific dollar amounts. Backed by citations. Saved to your audit-ready record.

  3. Six AM tomorrow.

Your AI companion

Meet Lora, your HCBS companion.

She's already awake. Lora is the AI colleague inside HCBS.AI who walks every HCBS operator through the work that is not direct care: compliance, regulatory updates, audit defense, training, the morning brief. She speaks in first person because that is how operators experience her: not as the system, but as the partner who handled the rest overnight while you slept.

Then at 6:00 AM, she delivers it. Read it on your phone over coffee. Your day is already lighter.

The humans behind Lora

Lora has backup. So do you.

Lora is the AI. Residential Habilitation Experts is the seven-year human team that launched 25 caregiver agencies, wrote the playbook Lora runs on, and answers the phone when the AI is not enough.

The contract is simple. Lora handles the rest overnight. When the rest needs a human, the team has been doing this since 2018.

Every morning, Lora delivers an editorial brief tuned to your state, your service mix, and your operational stage. Regulatory updates absorbed overnight. Today's three priorities. One question worth asking. One peer story from the network.

Ninety seconds on your phone over coffee, and your day is lighter.

Voices from the network

The operators who built this with us.

Twenty-five agencies. Seven years. The voices below are agency operators from the RHE network. We did not script these. They wrote them on the open RHE reviews page.

I've been very happy working with RHE. They assist me with growing my company, compliance, payroll, and billing.
Chad , Agency owner
RHE is so knowledgeable in the disability care space. Any question I have I know I can turn to them.
Russell , Agency operator
I've been super happy with RHE. They always seem to be thinking a step ahead and keep me in line.
Jeremy , Agency operator
The best overall completed package a disability care agency could ask for. RHE has provided me systems.

The 80/20 Rule

Your first state submission is the dossier you start today.

The federal 80/20 Rule requires HCBS agencies to direct at least 80 percent of Medicaid payments to direct caregiver compensation. State reporting begins July 9, 2028. Full enforcement lands July 9, 2030.

Your agency's first state-reporting submission is due July 9, 2028. The agencies that show up that day with two years of tamper-proof audit-trail, pay-through documentation, and continuous compliance posture become the operators the consolidation strengthens. The dossier you start building today is the one your auditor reads then.

Today You start preparing. Your tamper-proof audit trail begins today.
July 9, 2028 State reporting begins. You arrive with two years of audit-trail dossier in hand.
July 9, 2030 Full enforcement. You're already operating on the new standard. Calmly.
