Seven years of operating record
Every agency in the network was launched and trained on the same playbook that runs at 20% net operating income and has never failed a state audit.
Find care
The HCBS.AI network is twenty-five caregiver agencies in Utah, each one launched and trained on the same operating playbook that runs at 20% net operating income with zero compliance failures across seven years. If you are looking for care for someone with an intellectual or developmental disability, this page is for you.
Who this page is for
Parents, siblings, adult children, guardians, case managers, school social workers, hospital discharge planners. You are looking for a caregiver agency that will take the work seriously and the person seriously. You want to know who you can trust before you hand someone you love into their care. We built this page to help you decide well.
How to evaluate any agency
Ask how long the agency has been operating. Ask their compliance record. Ask their caregiver tenure. A great agency answers with specifics and shows you the numbers; a struggling one changes the subject.
Walk through the day with them. Meet the staff. Ask to see the calendar, the documentation, the way a typical week runs. A great agency welcomes the visit; a guarded one rushes you out.
Ask the agency to introduce you to two or three current families. A great agency makes the introduction the same week; a struggling one finds a reason to delay.
Look at the cancellation terms, the billing structure, the way they handle complaints. A great agency writes the contract so a tired parent at 11 PM can understand it; a struggling one buries the terms in legalese.
Is the staff calm? Are the people in care engaged? Is the place clean and warm? Your instincts after fifteen minutes in the room are usually right. Honor them.
These checkpoints apply to any caregiver agency in any state. Whether you choose someone from the HCBS.AI network or not, please use them.

Seven years of operating record
Every agency in the network was launched and trained on the same playbook that runs at 20% net operating income and has never failed a state audit.
Caregivers who stay
Caregiver tenure across the network runs fourteen months longer than the industry baseline. The person who shows up to care for your loved one in January is the same person who shows up in November.
Real humans on the phone
When something needs more than a form, a multi-disciplinary team picks up. The team has sat through more state audits than any counterpart you will meet.
Tamper-proof documentation
Every visit, every plan-of-care update, every interaction is recorded and sealed. If a question ever comes up about what happened on a specific day, the answer is on a record neither side can change after the fact.
Where we serve today
Twenty-five agencies across the state of Utah, all operating under the DSPD waiver. Each one has been launched and trained on the same operating playbook for seven years. If you are in another state, we will still respond when you reach out, and we will point you to evaluation resources and to peer networks where they exist.
Request a placement introduction
Email us with the following: the person's age and the state you live in, the type of care needed (residential, day services, respite, or a mix), any waiver authorization already in place, and a few words about what matters most to your family in a caregiver agency. A real person will write back within one business day, often the same day.
We do not charge families for placement introductions. The agencies in the network pay for the HCBS.AI operating system; you do not.
